The facility operates as an on-site urgent care clinic providing walk-in services for patients of all ages across a range of acute and non-emergent conditions. The clinic is structured to support consistent, quality-focused care delivery, with two clinicians assigned per shift. Established clinical protocols are in place to facilitate efficient operations throughout each assigned coverage period.

Wyoming offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to varied interests. The state provides opportunities for hiking, swimming, rafting, and wildlife viewing, with organized youth recreation programs and seasonal activities such as snowmobile tours and sleigh rides available in select areas. Historical sites and educational destinations throughout the state round out the range of activities available during time away from the assignment.

The Physician Associate will provide urgent care services during day shifts at an on-site clinic, following a schedule of 12-hour shifts three days per week, 12-hour shifts two days per week, and an 8-hour weekend shift. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries across all age groups. Two clinicians are assigned per shift to support care delivery throughout each coverage period. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment; no call responsibilities are associated with this position.
