Shift Details
-- Variable shifts, approximately 12 to 13 hours
-- Call is variable and required for the OR team, 2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month
-- Overtime applies after the scheduled shift
Requirements
-- Must be willing to obtain Massachusetts DEA and CSR
-- Massachusetts license preferred, but not required
-- Local candidates preferred, but travel candidates will be considered
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Central line insertion, including dialysis line
-- Arterial line insertion
-- Swan-Ganz
-- Chest tube insertion
-- IABP removal
-- Temporary pacing wire removal
-- LVAD (HeartMate)
-- Impella
-- VA ECMO
-- Ventilator
-- Bedside ultrasound
-- IABP
Assignment Details
-- Inpatient setting
-- ICU patient load is approximately 5 to 10 patients per day
-- OR volume is approximately 1 to 2 cases per day
-- EMR: Epic
