This outpatient behavioral health facility operates a dedicated addictions treatment program providing structured outpatient psychiatric and substance use services for adult patients. The facility delivers care through a hybrid model, supporting continuity of treatment within an established behavioral health framework. Locum tenens coverage is sought to meet the ongoing clinical needs of the medication assistance program.

Clinical responsibilities include prescribing Suboxone and managing co-occurring mental health diagnoses for adult patients. Initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes, and medication management follow-up appointments are allocated 30-45 minutes.
