Job Description
Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our community-focused Integrated Behavioral Health team at Northern Light Hampden Family Medicine in Hampden, Maine.
Position Highlights:
- Work as a fully integrated member of a supportive, dynamic primary care team
- Choose from a 3 or 4-day workweek totaling 30 hours/week
- On-site or hybrid options available
- High level of clinical autonomy with support from Northern Light Acadia Hospital’s medical leadership team
Compensation Information:
- $92,985-$98,248.80 annual base salary.
- The compensation range listed reflects the range (Login for Information) anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience (2 years preferred)
- Comfort practicing independently while collaborating with a primary care team
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to a rapidly changing public health landscape
