Job Description

Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a unique night shift role that is split between our Adult and Pediatric Inpatient Services. This opportunity requires candidates to have at least one year of experience as a PMHNP. 

Details:

  • Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 12a-8a, on-site
  • Candidates must have solid clinical, teaching, and leadership skills and be able to function as a resource and preceptor for fellow staff
  • Collaborate with the Medical Directors of the Adult and Pediatric Inpatient Services as well as other psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and technicians
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, initiate treatment interventions, provide follow-up evaluations as indicated, and lead interdisciplinary team meetings

Compensation Information:

  • $123,980.69-$130,998.40 annual base salary.
  • The compensation range listed reflects the range (Login for Information) anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
