Urgent Locum Tenens Job | Pathologists’ Assistant (PA)

We are seeking two high-caliber, adaptable Pathologists’ Assistant for a 13 week assignment in Missouri. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong academic skill set who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in handling complex academic surgical cases.

Coverage Details:
-- Schedule: Monday – Friday.
-- First 13 week PA to start 10/12 through 12/31. 
-- Second 13 week PA to start 11/2.

Assignment Details:
-- Licensure: Must qualify for a State of Missouri Pathologists’ Assistant License.
-- Full time PA staff on site to advise and orient PA contractor, but they are also covering the autopsy and frozen section service. PA contractors only gross surgical specimens.
-- Requires skill in handling complex academic surgical cases: ENT(Larynx, mandible, Maxilla), GI(Whipple, LARS, Hepatectomy), GU (cystoprostatectomy prostate, etc.), primary bone tumors (slab sections with mapping), Breast (slice method)
