Coverage Details
-- Full-time coverage needed for 2 APPs until permanent providers are hired
Shift Details
-- Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements
-- Active Physician Assistant certification
-- Active South Carolina license
-- Active DHEC
-- Epic experience required
Assignment Details
-- Setting: Outpatient
-- Patient volume: Average daily schedule of 18–20 patients
-- Conduct follow-up visits and evaluate new patients
-- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
-- Provide medication management in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations
-- Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly
-- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, registered nurses, and the supervising physician
-- Support Staff: Experienced support staff available
-- Supervision: Physician is onsite 3 days per week for collaboration, consultation, and clinical support
-- EMR: Epic
