Job Description
A Penn Medicine-affiliated ENT practice in Princeton, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary group focused on comprehensive patient care.
Position Details
- Join a team of 26 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers
- Outpatient practice with no call requirements
- Average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Leading compensation structure with bonus potential

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Experience in ENT, family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or a surgical specialty preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
