We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate at an employer-sponsored occupational health and primary care clinic in Stoughton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will offer occupational health screenings, treat workplace injuries and illnesses, perform fit-for-duty exams, conduct drug/urine screenings, handle workers' compensation, and provide primary care services, including managing chronic diseases and advocating for patient health and wellness. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
- Manage only 10-14 patients per day
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production

- $130,000 - $160,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- Active license & current AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA board certification required
- Minimum of two years of practice experience, including treating patients 3+ years
- Workers’ comp experience a plus, but client is also willing to train!
