- 8-hour shifts seeing 20 - 24 patients; 9-hour shifts seeing 25 - 27 patients
- Walk-in patients included -- up to 4 additional per shift
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
- Women's health -- adolescence through adulthood
- Patient population: primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age range: 6 months and up
