Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the hospital medicine service
- Serve as the primary APC leader for the facility
- Assist with APC recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention efforts
- Support clinical quality, patient experience, and operational performance initiatives
- Facilitate communication between APCs, physicians, hospital leadership, and (Login for Information)
- Participate in department meetings, committee work, and leadership discussions
- Ensure adherence to clinical and organizational standards
Qualifications
- NP or PA with current Georgia licensure or ability to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital medicine, inpatient, or acute care experience preferred
- Prior leadership, charge, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
