Shift Details
-- Mon-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
-- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM with admin time 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
-- Monday-Friday schedule
-- Lunch break 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (paid time)
Requirements
-- NCCPA Certified
-- Arizona License or compact license with LOQ in hand at time of submission
-- Active ACLS, BLS - Highly Preferred - must be willing to obtain during credentialing
-- Clean malpractice/background
-- Local candidate - Preferred
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Consults
-- Established patient care
-- Botox for migraines (if credentialed)
-- EMGs
-- Read EEGs
Assignment Details
-- Setting: Clinic
-- Support Staff: MA
-- Reason for coverage: Overflow
-- Patient population: Adult
-- Admissions: 20
-- Average clinic volume: Approximately 25 patients per day
-- EMR: Cerner
