A respected, value-based Internal Medicine group is seeking a Physician Assistant for its clinic located 2 miles from Daytona Beach, Florida. With seven outpatient locations across Orange and Volusia counties, this organization is known for its collaborative culture, low provider turnover, and strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team of one NP and one board-certified physician with an emphasis on quality over quantity.
Position Highlights
- Manage a manageable schedule of 8–12 patients per day
- Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+
- Occasional sick visits for established patients
- Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
- Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
- Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements

Requirements
- NCCPA Certification
- Active Florida PA license or eligibility/approval pending
- Open to both new graduates and experienced providers
