Job Description
A respected value-based care clinic in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team and see patients ages 14 and up. Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only practice
- Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
- Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
- Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly
- Flexibility to complete administrative time remotely
- Positive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $145,400 - $154,500 annually

Qualifications
- Current Adult Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain
- Minimum of:
- Two (2) years of primary care experience, or
- One (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience
