An established gynecology practice in Fergus Falls, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Advanced Practice Provider to provide comprehensive outpatient care and serve as a surgical first assist. Position Highlights: Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including preventive visits, contraception counseling, menstrual and menopause management, and evaluation of common gynecologic concerns Perform in-office procedures as credentialed, including endometrial biopsies, IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon placement, and pessary fitting Manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions in collaboration with physicians Serve as first assist in gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic, robotic, and open procedures, as credentialed Support intraoperative care through suturing, retraction, tissue handling, and instrument management Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative evaluations, patient education, and follow-up care Collaborate with gynecologists, surgical services, anesthesia, nursing, and other healthcare professionals Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and care coordination Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed base salary starting at $140K annually for the first two years Additional earning potential based on production hours worked (wRVUs) Relocation reimbursement and sign-on bonus Six weeks of time off per calendar year Annual CME reimbursement allowance Paid professional dues and memberships Annual employer 401(k) contributions, with full vesting upon eligibility Health, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Professional liability insurance offered Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current Minnesota licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Prescriptive authority for Nurse Practitioners National certification through ANCC or AANP for NPs, or NCCPA for PAs BLS certification required Previous surgical first-assist experience required Women’s health experience highly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to rural healthcare and serving diverse patient populations Location and Lifestyle: Enjoy a welcoming community in west-central Minnesota’s scenic lake country, where an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and abundant outdoor recreation offer an appealing quality of life.
