Job Description

We are a growing team of providers serving the communities of South Jersey. Our team focuses on our SENA culture of trust, camaraderie, independence, and high-quality care. We offer advanced primary care services for adults with behavioral and medical needs in skilled nursing facilities, long term care centers, group homes and home care services with telemedicine capabilities throughout Gloucester, Camden and Burlington Counties. Currently we are in need for a full time Monday- Friday APN / NP role.
