Full-time and Part time Physician Assistant /Family Nurse Practitioner Gresham Oregon
We are a Family Practice Primary Care Clinic and an Urgent Care for patients of all ages.

Scope of practice responsibilities:
• Competent in performing comprehensive exams including ordering of lab and imaging studies.
• Perform urgent care procedures i.e. wound closure and I&D’s
• Comfortable with Women’s Wellness Exams, Well Child Exams, and Developmental Screenings.
• Confident in chronic disease management such as Diabetes, Kidney Disease and Hypertension
• Provide accurate and timely progress notes, which clearly outlines past medical history with correlation between diagnosis and history of present illness, justification for medications and/or referrals to specialty care, clearly defined treatment plans.
