- Tue, Wed, Fri: 9 am - 7 pm; Mon-Fri: various; Sat: 10 am - 6 pm
- 25 - 35 patients per day with a goal of 40 PPD
- True urgent care setting -- walk-ins accepted
- Wound care, rapid testing, and cancer screenings required
- Pap smears preferred
- FMLA and disability documentation required
- No procedure room on site
