Job Description

A respected value-based care clinic in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its family medicine team and care for pediatric through geriatric patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and an outstanding work-life balance in a supportive practice environment with low turnover.


Position Highlights

  • Outpatient-only practice
  • Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
  • Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
  • Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly
  • Flexibility to complete administrative time remotely
  • Positive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $145,400 - $154,500 annually

Qualifications

  • NCCPA Certification
  • Active Massachusetts Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain
  • Minimum of:
    • Two (2) years of primary care experience, or
    • One (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience
