This facility operates as a comprehensive medical home delivering primary physical and mental health and wellness services to patients across all ages. Services are planned and delivered by a coordinated clinical team and include primary medical care for adults and children, primary dental care, vision care, mental and behavioral health assessment and counseling, prescriptions, health screenings, and health education. The facility maintains established clinical workflows to support consistent and coordinated outpatient care delivery throughout the assignment period.

Atlanta, Georgia offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural, historical, and outdoor experiences suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include the World of Coca-Cola, the Atlanta Botanical Garden, and Zoo Atlanta, alongside the High Museum of Art for those with an interest in visual culture. Stone Mountain Park, located outside the city, provides recreational activities, historical exhibits, and sightseeing tours. Clinicians will provide day shift, outpatient clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages on a full-time basis. Clinical responsibilities encompass the diagnosis and treatment of patients across health and illness, incorporating health promotion, disease prevention, and therapeutic interventions. Clinicians are expected to maintain knowledge of health problems, issues, and needs of the specific target populations served, as well as current Physician Associate scopes of practice. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
