- 8-hour shifts -- 20 to 24 patients; 9-hour shifts -- 25 to 27 patients
- Walk-in patients included -- up to 4 per shift
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
- Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age range: 6 months and up
