- 8-hr shifts see avg 20 - 24 patients; 9-hr shifts avg 25 - 27 patients
- Walk-ins included -- 4 per shift in addition to prebooked patients
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
- Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age range: 6 months and up
