Job Description
Seeking a full time Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in Phoenix AZ 85021
Must have at 3 years of Chronic Pain experience
Office hours and days candidate will work: Flexible - full time(25 hrs. or more per week) or part time(less than 25 hrs. per week)
Salary (range): 110-125K
This is a Physical medicine office
We prefer the candidate to have strong experience in joint injection and Trigger point injections but willing to train as well.
The ideal candidate will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
Candidates with an orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Pain mang background will be preferred.
