Job Description

Seeking a part time Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in Green Bay, Wisconsin

20-25 hours/week

Salary 6-8k per month

This is a Physical medicine office

We prefer the candidate to have experience in Consults for Nutrition, IV nutrition & Thyroid disease but willing to train as well.
