We're seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative team and help bring high-quality healthcare closer to where people live, learn, and thrive.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll have the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan in a unique, community-centered setting. Working alongside physicians, fellow APPs, school personnel, families, and community partners, you'll play a vital role in promoting wellness, managing acute and chronic conditions, and creating lasting relationships that positively impact the health of our community.
