We are seeking a part-time experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide adult patient (18 and up in age) comprehensive healthcare services for our primary care, internal medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult primary care and geriatric outpatient care, with a strong focus on patient assessments, medical documentation, and evidence-based treatment.
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality patient care across a broad spectrum of medical conditions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Performs established patient Medicare Annual Wellness visits and annual physical exams for adults to include Medicare and commercial insurance patients and provide regular treatment for acute care services as well. You will be asked to perform some hospital follow-up visits for established adult patents.
This requires utilization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to document visits. The nurse practitioner will accept new patient appointments for which they will be the primary provider.
Works with Collaborative Agreement / Physician who owns the practice.
