We are currently recruiting two experienced Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner for the purpose of providing full-time Palliative Care support services. Our recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits:
" Term: Twelve (12) Months
" Compensation Package: $44.00 per Hour
" Status: Full Time, Variable Shifts
" Health Insurance HSA Provided
" Disability Insurance $1,500 per Year for Documented Expenses
" Dues/Membership/CME Fees $1,000 per Year for Documented Expenses
" Personal/Vacation/CME/Holidays 25 Days per Contract Year
" Malpractice Liability Covered by Practice
" Pension Plan 401(k) with a 4% Match up to IRS Limit
" Sign on Bonus $5,000 w/ Two Year Commitment
