- 7 pm - 7 am night shifts -- ongoing PRN, min. 4 shifts/month
- Avg. census 20 -- 4 patients per provider per day
- Neuro ICU within a comprehensive stroke center
- 2 admissions per day
- Procedures: arterial lines, central lines, LPs, vent management
- Respond to codes -- no ER backup or call duties
