This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in a community health setting in New York. The facility maintains on-site support staff, including an LPN who performs all injectables and an MA who assists with patient preparation, to support daily clinical operations. Credentialing is estimated at approximately one week for clinicians who hold an active NY Medicaid number.

New York City offers a range of cultural, outdoor, and culinary experiences across its diverse neighborhoods, from waterfront areas and parks to world-renowned performance venues. Public spaces such as Central Park and Lincoln Center serve as settings for live performances, art installations, and community gatherings throughout the year. Clinicians on assignment will also find guided tours, shopping districts, and a broad calendar of events spanning music, film, and the arts available throughout the city.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in New York, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 40 minutes of lunch and 40 minutes of administrative time daily. The expected caseload is approximately 21 patients per day; the facility prefers Family Medicine clinicians who can see patients ages 5 and older, though Internal Medicine clinicians seeing patients 18 and older will also be considered. Required credentials include board certification or board eligibility, DEA registration, BLS, an active NY Medicaid number, current COVID and flu vaccinations, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Prescriptive authority is required, and no call coverage is required for this position.
