Job Description

A long-standing Private Practice of over 30 years are seeking a full-time FNP or Physician Assistant to join their team. This practice encourages getting to know your patients, building relationships, and has an average of 14-16 patients per day.

This mountainous community just 35 mins from Santa Fe has the most PhD's per capita in the US, has excellent schools, and offers excellent outdoor recreation.

The Position:
  • Work alongside 6 physicians and 7 APPs in an outpatient Primary Care setting
  • Option for 4-day work week; Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri
  • Private Practice emphasizes patient/provider relationships and spending time with patients
  • Average patient volume of 14-16 patients per day
  • Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $150-170K based on experience, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, Retirement Plan, CME, and PTO
  • Sign-on/Relocation of $10,000
  • Student loan repayment of $25K per year up to $75K total
