Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Hazlet NJ
part time Salary: $65 to $75 per hour for 2-3 days weekly
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an extrovert personality that is
hard working and ambitious. We are seeking a Board Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner
to join our already integrated group. This individual must be willing to work with a team, have
excellent interpersonal communication skills, and genuinely care about helping others.
Our office already includes: Chiropractic, Medical, Physical Therapy
and Acupuncture Services.
Candidate will act as a portal of entry for all patients and participate in team
meetings where individual health plans are devised and reviewed with input from all
other providers including: Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists and the
rest of the medical team. This is a rare opportunity to work hands on with patients and
guide them through a course of treatment and experience the results with them first
hand.
Proficiency in the Following Required:
Evaluations
Trigger Point Injections
Ultrasound Guided Joint Injections
Prescribe DME to patients based on medical necessity
Appropriate documentation of each patient’s visit into EHR
Regenerative Medicine Procedures
