- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- 19 patients daily -- will consider 16+ patient panel
- All ages seen -- pediatric through adult
- Experience with chronic issues -- hypertension and diabetic management
- Comfortable working with underserved patient populations
- Community outreach involvement required
- 2+ years of primary care experience required
- Hospital privileges required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
