Job Description

NP/PA position available due to tremendous growth across seven Indiana counties. This seven county Certified Community Center is passionate about rural community-based primary care and behavioral health.

Opportunity:
  • Practice in-person- option of several N. Indiana communities
  • 4-day/ 32 hour per week position
  • Team atmosphere with collaboration, compassion and competency.
