The facility operates as a primary care medical home delivering comprehensive primary physical and mental health and wellness services to a broad patient population. Services are planned and delivered by a coordinated team and include primary medical care for adults and children, primary dental care, vision care, mental and behavioral health assessment and counseling, prescription services, health screenings, and health education. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and coordinated care delivery on an outpatient and clinic basis.

The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor, cultural, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Destinations include the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Stone Mountain Park, which feature plant displays, art installations, recreational hiking, and historical exhibits. Cultural landmarks such as the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola museum, and the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum are also accessible. Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages on a day shift basis. Clinical responsibilities encompass the diagnosis and treatment of patients in health and illness through health promotion, disease prevention, and therapeutic interventions. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
