- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
- 20 - 25 patients per day
- Adult patients 18 and up
- Primary care, physicals, pre-op clearance, chronic care, vaccinations
- Same day sick visits included
- Preferred: medical weight management, testosterone replacement
- New graduates will be considered

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
