- Full-time, five days per week -- 8-hour or 4/9-hour shift options
- One evening shift per week; one weekend day per month
- 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hour shift
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
- Serves primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Primary care, preventative, and same-day care -- ages 6 months and up
- 2 years NP/PA experience required; 1 year in primary care
- Spanish speaking helpful

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
