- M-F or 4/10 schedule available
- 23 - 25 ppd on 8hr shifts; 25 - 27 ppd on 10hr shifts
- All ages seen -- chronic care management
- Telehealth patients and med refill call-ins included
- Simple procedures required -- sutures, I&Ds, laceration repairs
