Emergency Medicine Experienced Nurse Practitioner

Overview:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs) to deliver exceptional care in both low and high-volume environments, providing vital services to a diverse patient population.  EMA is a physician-owned and democratically operated emergency medicine group, working in a variety of ED settings which includes:  20k and 100k visit EDs, trauma centers, cardiac institutes, and comprehensive stroke centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care in community hospitals, trauma centers, and stroke centers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, and interventions.
• Manage patient care across a range of specialties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of FL.
• Experience in emergency medicine, critical care, or a related field preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with physicians and staff.
