An established dermatology team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team Position Highlights: Provide comprehensive dermatologic care for patients with a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and skin cancer Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications, including biologics Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Educate patients on treatment options, skin health, and preventive care Full-time outpatient practice with Monday–Friday clinic hours, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Flexible scheduling options, including a four- to four-and-a-half-day workweek 36 patient-contact hours per week for a 1.0 FTE Document patient encounters using Epic EMR Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation: $125K-$135K Generous sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Six weeks of time off per calendar year for full-time employment Annual CME reimbursement allowance Paid professional dues and memberships 401(k) eligibility after six months, with a generous employer contribution Health, dental, short- and long-term disability insurance Professional liability insurance covered Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from an accredited program Current Minnesota licensure or ability to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Dermatology experience as a provider in dermatology practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and DEA registration required upon hire Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications: Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) or Dermatology Physician Assistant Certification (DPA-C) Location and Lifestyle: Enjoy a welcoming community in Minnesota’s scenic lake country, where an affordable cost of living, excellent public and private schools, and abundant outdoor recreation create an appealing quality of life.
