This hospital maintains an organized operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery across multiple surgical specialties. The facility operates under a physician medical direction model within a structured on-site clinical environment. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Virginia offers a range of historical and natural attractions suited to diverse interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore destinations such as Colonial Williamsburg, Luray Caverns, and Skyline Drive, which provides access to hikes of varying difficulty including Humpback Rocks and Crabtree Falls. The state also features cultural destinations such as the National Museum of the Marine Corps and the Clifton Historic District, alongside outdoor landmarks such as Natural Bridge and a network of state parks and scenic drives.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician medical direction model during day shifts within an operating room setting, with scheduling options of 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts per week. The surgical case mix is broad and includes high acuity cases, General, ENT, Orthopedics, Neurology, Vascular, Urology, Neonates, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Cardiac, Pediatrics, and Regionals. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. A minimum of 5 years of CRNA experience is required for all clinicians considered for this role, and no call coverage is required for this locum tenens assignment.
