CRNAs can earn up to $340K in W-2 compensation with $400K+ earning potential through overtime, plus 8 weeks of PTO. Additional benefits include flexible spending accounts, reserved parking, free daily meals, and the financial advantage of no Texas state individual income tax.
Located approximately 2 hours from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the community offers a family-friendly environment, affordable living, and convenient access to larger Texas cities, with DFW and Austin within roughly 2-3.5 hours.
