Assignment Details #1171579:
--Monday through Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
--Looking for a provider to Orient Nov 2nd.
--Operating Room Inpatient and Outpatient
--Cases/Procedures: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OBGYN, Cataracts, Endoscopies (Experience with spinals preferred)
--AHA BLS, AH ACLS, AHA PALS, and NBCRNA required
--Active Michigan License required
--Team care model
--Must be able to produce case logs - 75 within 12 months and 1-2 years of experience
--EMR: EPIC
