OPEN SHIFTS:--October 9
--November 23–25
--November 27–29, November 30-December 4
--December 22–23
--December 28-30

** Please note that some of the PRN days (1-3 days opening) have call attached to it. Must be agreeable to take call.
Details of Assignment:
- Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm, if you are on call shift is 7am-5pm in house.
- CRNA takes epidural call 5p - 7a on weekdays. Epidural call ONLY on the weekends - 20 minute response time
- Supervised by MDs
- Case Mix: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology
- Must be able to produce case logs for regionals/spinals/blocks
- 30-60 days for creds
- EMR is Medaxion
