We have a new enticing 1099 CRNA opportunity in Fort Smith, Arkansas within a friendly, clinician-led, anesthesia-only organization that values autonomy, teamwork, and a supportive culture. Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling is available, including call and non-call options to fit your lifestyle. This PSLF-eligible position welcomes new graduates and offers strong leadership support in a collaborative, well-established team.

The practice features a diverse and engaging case mix, including general anesthesia, endoscopy, and full surgical coverage. OB and pediatric cases are available for those interested in expanding their scope, while cardiac cases are managed by dedicated cardiac CRNAs. The Care Team Model fosters collaboration, efficiency, and strong clinical support.
