Coverage spans the following date ranges: Sept 14 - Sept 20, Oct 12 - Oct 18, and Oct 27 - Nov 1. The clinician will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team that includes MDs and APPs, maintaining an average caseload of 12 patients. Board certification is required for this assignment.
