Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a respected, independent healthcare system in West Texas with the recruitment of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This employed position offers outstanding earning potential, an exceptional Monday-Friday schedule, and a lifestyle-focused practice with no call, weekends, or holidays.
Practice & Opportunity Highlights
- Employed CRNA position with a physician-friendly health system
- Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- No call, weekends, or holidays
- Late-hour coverage after 4:00 PM compensated at $200/hour
- General anesthesia cases with no pediatric or cardiac cases
- 6-8 weeks of paid time off

Qualifications, Compensation & Benefits

- Minimum base salary of $330,000 with anticipated total compensation exceeding $416,000
- Sign-on bonus
