Are you looking for a better work/life balance? We are scheduling interviews for a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join an established cardiology team in Northeast Oregon with a high demand for cardiology services.
Practice Highlights:
- 4-day work week
- Average 12-14 patients a day
- No Call requirements
- Established practice with 1 full-time physician and 2 part-time nurse practitioners
- Plentiful referral base with high demand for cardiology services
- Epic EHR
- Supervision of stress testing procedures in co-located respiratory therapy department
Compensation and Benefits:
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (140k+)
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $13,000 annually
- Commencement bonus of $20,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
