Job Description

Leadership Duties
  • Leadership experience strongly preferred
  • ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible preferred 
  • Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
  • Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
  • Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department

Requirements
  • Board Requirements: Board certified or eligible
  • Board Specialties Required: EM
  • Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
