Vascular Medicine - NP Hospital Based job located in New York

A hospital-based surgical program in Syracuse, New York is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) for a 13-week locum tenens assignment supporting vascular surgery services. This is an inpatient role with a consistent 3×12-hour schedule (36 hours/week) and competitive hourly compensation.

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient care for vascular surgery patients

• Support pre-op, post-op, and daily surgical rounding

• Monitor patient status, labs, and treatment plans

• Collaborate closely with surgeons and hospital care teams

• Document care accurately in EMR

Schedule & Pay

• $50–$100/hr

• Locum tenens | 13-week assignment

What You Need

• Active New York NP license

• AGACNP certification required

• 1–3 years inpatient surgical experience
