We are a patient-centered, woman-owned medical practice proudly serving the South Gate community, and we’re seeking a Bilingual in Spanish Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. Our practice is rooted in compassionate care, collaboration, and professionalism, and we’re looking for an NP who values high clinical standards and a respectful, supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in accordance with California scope-of-practice guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments following state and federal regulations
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
- Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care guidance
- Document all patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record (experience with NextGen EHR strongly preferred)
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain compliance with California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) regulations
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and advancements in patient care
What You Bring
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Current and valid California Nurse Practitioner license
- National certification (e.g., FNP or relevant specialty)
- Clinical experience preferred
- Experience with NextGen EHR strongly desired
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of California healthcare laws and NP scope of practice
- Ability to handle challenges with professionalism, communicate respectfully, and contribute to a low-conflict, supportive work environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and scope of practice
- Compensation is negotiable, and candidates are encouraged to share their desired salary range during the application process
